Market Conditions continue to be soft which creates opportunities in real estate

The overall market conditions for the Scottsdale and Rio Verde areas continue to be depressed, but it appears that stabilization has been reached, or very close to it.  As I look out my window in Rio Verde, I see a water well being drilled, which I haven't seen for some time.  The crafty investors and those looking for a second home are quietly acquiring properties.  Land prices are at 1990's levels and luxury homes are selling for prices less than they can be duplicated for.  For those looking for a bargain in the sun, I think we are there.  To search Rio Verde properties use my website AZ Community , or my personal website for the latest news and information about properties here.
